Shipping policy
At Manayi, we take great care in packaging and shipping your herbal products to ensure they arrive safely and in great condition. Please note a temporary change to our shipping schedule: any orders placed between September 19 and October 14 will begin shipping on October 15. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Normally, we process and ship orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) of your purchase.
Shipping Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout, and the cost is calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. You can view the final shipping cost before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package and get an estimated delivery date. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. However, we want to make sure you have the best experience possible. Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure it's correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize there's an error, please contact us immediately at herbs@manayi.shop, and we'll do our best to correct it before the order is shipped.
